It focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, strengthening patient safety culture, and implementing quality improvement methodologies within healthcare organizations. Participants will gain practical insights into accreditation requirements, survey processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration across key hospital domains.
This course will be online through ZOOM meeting and the LINK WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE WHATSAPP GROUP.
This course has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Understand the fundamentals of healthcare leadership and its impact on organizational performance.
2. Explain CBAHI accreditation standards and their structure, including leadership and quality domains.
3. Identify key components of quality management and patient safety systems.
4. Apply leadership strategies to improve compliance, performance, and patient outcomes.
