This focused three-days’ educational program is designed to prepare healthcare professionals for successful participation in CBAHI accreditation surveys, with a primary emphasis on the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) chapter.
This workshop extensively covers the strategic interconnection of IPC with Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) standards, Facility Management and Safety (FMS), and other IPC Supervising departments.
This workshop follows the practical guidance specific to infection control standards and their seamless integration into daily clinical practice.
This workshop focuses on translating complex IPC standards into measurable bedside practices. Participants will learn to ensure strict compliance with Essential Safety Requirements (ESRs) (e.g., isolation room parameters and committee governance), strengthen surveillance documentation, enhance interdisciplinary coordination, and prepare clinical teams for the rigorous tracer methodology and surveyor interviews.
The participants will engage in interactive discussions, risk assessment scenarios, documentation review exercises, and mock IPC tracer simulations to ensure total readiness for real survey situations.
The workshop will be online through ZOOM meeting and the LINK WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE WHATSAPP GROUP.
The workshop has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages.

4. Completion certificate for all with 6 CPD Units [equivalent to total of 6 hours].
