Saudi CBAHI™ Hospital Leadership and Quality Management Standards Course
This course provides a comprehensive overview of healthcare leadership principles and quality management systems aligned with CBAHI accreditation standards. It focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness, strengthening patient safety culture, and implementing quality improvement methodologies within healthcare organizations. Participants will gain practical insights into accreditation requirements, survey processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration across key hospital domains.
This course will be online through ZOOM meeting and the LINK WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE WHATSAPP GROUP.
This course has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages.
LEARNING
OBJECTIVES:

end of this course, participants will be able to:
