Data Management Cycle it is where the Quality Specialist will go through a journey starting from KPIs selection, establishment, data collection, benchmarking then aggregation and validation ending by data analysis and display to translate raw data into actionable data helping decision makers.

The event’s duration is TWO (2) Hours.

This event has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages.

2. Establish KPIs according to his needs.
3. Performance data collection sheet.
4. Complete data aggregation.
5. Validate aggregated data.
6. Performance data analysis.
7. Prepare a data report.
