The program integrates theoretical learning with applied analysis, including identifying required documents, process mapping, and preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with international quality standards.

This training course has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages. 

1. Understand the structure of ISO 9001:2015 and the seven quality management principles.
2. Interpret and apply clauses 4 through 10 of the standards.
3. Distinguish between mandatory and recommended documentation.
4. Identify required policies, procedures, forms, and records aligned with the standard.
5. Use improvement tools such as PDCA, SWOT analysis, and risk-based thinking.
6. Prepare for internal and external audit processes.
7. Implement an effective quality management system within their organization.
