It includes structured learning materials, practical case studies, and a comprehensive question bank to ensure participants are fully prepared for the certification exam.

This program also includes practice examinations and assessments that simulate the actual certification exam format, enabling participants to evaluate their readiness for the final Six Sigma Black Belt examination.

Throughout the program, participants will learn how to:

    1. Apply Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and improve healthcare and service processes.
    2. Identify root causes of process variation and inefficiencies.
    3. Implement data-driven improvement solutions to enhance quality, safety, and operational performance.
    4. Lead cross-functional Six Sigma projects and teams.
    5. Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
    6. Use statistical tools for measurement, analysis, and control of process performance.

By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge and skills required to lead Six Sigma initiatives, improve organizational performance, and successfully pursue the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) credential.

The Live Session schedule is every Monday and Thursday at 6:00PM Saudi Standard Time. The Online Lecture Duration is two (2) to three (3) hours through ZOOM Meeting. The ZOOM Link will be sent in the Whatsapp Group.
