Total Quality Management (TQM) in Healthcare Training Course
This
intensive 5-day training course provides healthcare professionals with the
essential knowledge, tools, and leadership skills to design, implement,
and sustain Total Quality Management (TQM) systems in healthcare
organizations. Participants will explore international standards,
continuous improvement methodologies, and evidence-based practices that
enhance patient safety, organizational performance, and accreditation
readiness.
The
training course integrates practical applications of quality principles
such as PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, and FOCUS-PDCA, alongside performance
measurement frameworks like Balanced Scorecards and dashboards. It also
emphasizes leadership’s role in promoting a culture of safety, continuous
improvement, and patient-centered care.
By the
end of this training course, participants will be equipped to apply TQM
principles to achieve measurable improvements in quality outcomes, safety
indicators, and patient satisfaction within their healthcare
institutions.

This
training course has a mixed medium of instruction in both
English and Arabic languages.

- Develop and implement strategic quality improvement plans aligned with institutional vision, mission, and values.
- Apply risk management, patient safety, and benchmarking strategies to reduce adverse events and improve outcomes.
