1. Overview

At Quality Leaders Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training programs, courses, and professional development services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments processed securely through Tap Payments in Saudi Arabia.

By enrolling in any of our courses or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Course & Training Program Refunds

A. Live Training Programs (Online or In-Person)

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before the course start date: Eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees (if applicable).
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before the course start date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before the course start date: No refund.
  • If Quality Leaders Academy cancels or reschedules a course: Participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another session.

B. Recorded / On-Demand Courses

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds are only granted if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Once substantial content has been accessed or downloaded, the course becomes non-refundable.

C. Corporate Training & Consulting Services

  • Refund terms will follow the signed agreement or proposal contract.
  • Deposits paid for corporate bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Full Name

  • Course Name
  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for refund request
All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing via Tap Payments

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Tap Payments.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing time: 3–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
  • Bank processing delays are outside the control of Quality Leaders Academy.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed training sessions
  • Downloaded materials, templates, or certifications
  • Missed sessions due to participant absence
  • Special promotional or discounted registrations
  • Administrative and transaction fees (if applicable)

6. Transfer Policy (Optional Alternative to Refund)

Participants may request to:
  • Transfer their seat to another session (subject to availability)
  • Transfer registration to another participant (with written notice at least 48 hours before start date)

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to submit attendance records, login activity, agreements, and proof of service delivery to Tap Payments and the issuing bank.
