Training of the Trainers Program (On-Site)

This On-Site Training Program is designed for all healthcare workers who are seeking providing training programs in their healthcare facilities.
This 5-day In-Person Program (4 hours per day – Total 20 hours) is designed to equip aspiring and current trainers with the essential skills to deliver impactful and engaging training sessions. Participants will explore the core principles of effective training delivery, enhance their communication abilities, and learn how to manage training sessions professionally. The course emphasizes confidence-building, effective session planning, and practical strategies for handling challenging situations. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
