2. Identify the essential structural elements of a standard P&P document, including purpose, scope, definitions, responsibilities, procedural steps, and references.
3. Explain the critical role of regulatory bodies (e.g., The Joint Commission, CBAHI, CAP, etc…), and evidence-based practice in shaping policy content and ensuring compliance.
